Dragon Construction is a registered member of both the Master Builders Association and the NHBRC. The company is owned and managed by Welsh businessman, Mr. Ian Shipp, who has proudly called South Africa home for over 45 years. Current Market Segment
We build and have built sectional title projects, medium sized factory offices, warehouses, and small to large up market homes to values over 40 million. Dragon only quotes and uses the best quality materials and does not compromise on this aspect, we therefore build for the discerning looking for great quality at a great price.
Potential Market Segment
Whilst we are still building in the residential market, we are always looking to expand our share of work into commercial and industrial segments with construction values being small to medium.
